Access
The Lido hotel is located in the first paralell street to the Promenade des Anglais, right behind the Palace Negresco
From the train station
Walking (15 to 20 mn) : leave the station, turn right into avenue Thiers then left into rue Berlioz, go straight ahead until it becomes rue de Rivoli, keep on going, the Lido hostel is in the last street on your right before reaching the sea : Rue du Commandant Berretta. Go to n°4.
OR
by bus : take bus n°23 or n° 12, get off at “Gambetta-Dante’ ‘ then,
- walk on the Boulevard Gambetta towards the sea for about 200 m
- turn left into rue de France for 40 m,
- turn right into rue Cronstadt for 30 m,
- turn left into Rue du Commandant Berretta. Go to n°4.
From the airport
By taxi (15 to 30 min) about 30 € OR TAXI-MOTO www.sunbike.fr
or bus (4€) shutlle bus n°98 : Get off at: « Gambetta-Promenade » on the Promenade des Anglais,
Walk towards the city and the Palace Negresco for 20 m,
Turn left into rue Cronstadt for 50 m (walk along the Negresco)
Take the first street on your right : rue du commandant Berretta. Go to n°4.
By car :
Highway A8 Exit n°50 « Promenade des Anglais », drive along the sea until you reach the Palace Negresco, turn left just before the Palace Negresco into rue Cronstadt., the first street on your right is rue du Commandant Beretta : Go to n°4
Parking
- Parking is possible in the streets around the hostel , pay at the ticket machines (free on sundays and public holidays)
- Public car park of the Palais Massena (telephone +33 (0)4 92 17 52 52) open 24/24 (1st hour is free). Entrance in the rue de France or the Promenade des Anglais
